Pipeline Monitoring System

Dynamic Monitoring Systems' Pipeline Monitors provide rapid, accurate on-line monitoring of internal corrosion and bacterial activity in pipelines by continuously monitoring fluids and gasses under actual operations conditions using commercially available monitoring instruments. Pipeline Monitoring Systems are used to evaluate corrosion and bacteriological control programs, to collect samples without generating hazardous wastes, to provide on-line analysis of chemical treatment programs, to collect data that satisfies regulatory monitoring requirements and for pipeline risk evaluation and integrity monitoring. Pipeline Monitoring Systems can be installed on new or existing lines both on and offshore. Permanent, portable, insulated and trailer mounted systems are available.

• ANSI 600 or ANSI 900 construction with welded or flanged fittings and optional NACE MR 0175 construction for sour service
  
• Internal and external coatings
  
• NEMA Class I and intrinsically safe electrical equipment
  
• Sample ports for gasses and liquids
  
• Utilizes a wide variety of monitoring instruments, including coupons, gauges, galvanic, ER and LPR probes, bioprobes, BS&W and oil contamination meters and AC impedance spectroscopes
  
• Data acquisition systems can be downloaded to PCs, recorders or SCADA systems for remote operations
